February 6, 2009 – Sebago Technics, Inc., a multi-discipline, land development engineering firm announces the appointment of three (3) Vice Presidents. Owens A. McCullough, P.E. has been appointed Vice President of Engineering and Project Development, Patrick S. Somma has been appointed Vice President of Technology and Troy F. McDonald, P.L.S. has been appointed Vice President of Land Surveying.
In his new capacity, Mr. McCullough will oversee all engineering standards, quality and development of the company’s engineering personnel. He will also direct the company’s efforts in developing new projects and clients. Mr. McCullough has been with Sebago Technics since 1987 and served most recently as Team Leader/Senior Project Manager.
Mr. Somma will manage the company’s technology services and resources, including supervision of computer aided design (CAD) personnel and program (production and quality). He will also be responsible for all of the company’s computer systems, telephone and print production equipment and operations. Mr. Somma previously served as Network Administrator and has been with Sebago Technics since 1987.
Mr. McDonald will administer the company’s surveying services and operations. His duties include supervision and management of the company’s survey personnel, quality and coordination. Mr. McDonald originally started with the Sebago Technics in 1984 and rejoined the company in 2007 as Director of Marketing and Business Development.

February 6, 2009 – Sebago Technics, Inc., a multi-discipline, land development engineering firm announces the promotion of Daniel L. Riley, P.E. and Jan B.S. Wiegman, P.E. to Site-Civil Team Leaders.
Mr. Riley has been with Sebago Technics since 2001 and most recently served as Senior Project Manager. He has worked on some of the company’s largest projects including, in recent years, the Eastern Manufacturing Facility in Brewer, USPS Distribution Facility in Scarborough and Maine Medical Center’s Bramhall Campus expansion in Portland. In his new position, he will oversee one of the company’s site-civil land development teams, including client service, project development, design and permitting. Mr. Riley is a resident of Portland.
Mr. Wiegman will oversee the company’s Lewiston-Auburn office and team including client service and development, project management and personnel. Mr. Wiegman has been with Sebago Technics since 2004 as a Senior Project Manager and has worked on a variety of projects including large and small scale retail developments, subdivisions, and industrial/commercial developments. Mr. Wiegman has worked in the Lewiston-Auburn area for many years and lives in Leeds.
