Mark joined Sebago Technics in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of management and human resource skills. He is an experienced administrator with demonstrated success in management of people, project, and issues. He is a creative problem solver and innovator with the ability to develop and implement new and alternative approaches to traditional organization issues. Mark is responsible for internal management and operations, staff development, and recruitment, team coordination, and communication.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management with an Interdisciplinary Concentration in Urban/Regional Planning from the University of Maine, Orono. He has also taken courses towards a Masters degree in Public Administration.
