Shawn Frank, P.E. - Senior Project Manager

Shawn was one of Sebago Technics’ original hires, joining the firm in 1985. As a senior project manager, he specializes in the design and permitting of residential subdivisions and commercial site plans. His attention to publicly sensitive issues, combined with his technical knowledge make him highly effective at dealing with local concerns and project impacts both during and after construction.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
