Steve joined Sebago Technics in 1999, establishing the transportation engineering practice. He has over 30 years of experience in the transportation field and is the past president of the Maine Better Transportation Association (MBTA). At Sebago Technics, Steve manages a team of transportation and traffic engineers and is responsible for all aspects of transportation-related planning and engineering undertaken by the firm.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maine, Orono.
