Walter founded Sebago Technics, Inc. in 1981. Under his leadership, the firm has grown to its current size of over 50 employees. He has more than thirty-five years of professional engineering and project management experience. Walt maintains the same aggressive attitude toward total client service and quality that has characterized the firm since 1981. He continues an active involvement in all significant portions of the company's operations.
