Will joined Sebago Technics, Inc. in 1988, establishing new company disciplines of master planning, land planning, and landscape architecture. His extensive experience with multi-disciplinary professional teams and sound project management for municipal agencies, corporate clients and private developers has resulted in substantial growth in this field for the company. Will is also the team leader of the firm's largest multi-disciplinary team of engineers, landscape architects and surveyors.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona.
