Please join us in welcoming Patrick Gere, PE, who has joined the Sebago Technics team as a Project Manager. Mr. Gere is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Engineering.

At Sebago Technics, we are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions to our clients, and Patrick’s expertise and passion for his work align perfectly with our values. His background in designing and managing commercial site projects and municipal infrastructure improvements will be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to grow and innovate in this field.

Patrick Gere, PE – Project Manager

Where did you grow up and what other places have you lived in throughout your life?

I grew up in Toms River, NJ, lived in Boulder / Nederland / Rollinsville, CO during college, and have settled down in Standish, Maine.

Favorite place(s) to go in Maine?

Step Falls, the back shore of Peaks Island, and dinner in the Old Port.

What three traits define you? 

Determined, honest, and creative.

What was your very first job, and what did you learn from it?

Island Beach State Park flipping burgers. I learned to achieve my goals I would have to get a college degree.

What is your favorite part of the type of work that you do?

I enjoy helping people and solving complex problems.

What was your journey like to get where you are?

The struggle made me a better me.

What are your hobbies outside the office?

I enjoy cooking barbeque, playing music, and watching motorsports (Monster Jam/Formula One/demolition derby).

What inspired you to work for Sebago Technics?

The talented professionals, reputation, and “Sebago Way” core principles.

Favorite thing to do in Maine?

Exploring with my family.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Tacos!

Top three life highlights?

Falling in love, watching my children grow, and skydiving.

Do you have a hidden talent? If so, tell us about it!

I’m a decent auto mechanic.

If you were an animal what would you be and why?

I would be a polar bear because I like the snow and don’t hibernate.

Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?

Steamboat, Colorado relaxing at Strawberry Park hot springs after a day on the slopes.

Favorite Holiday and why?

Christmas – I like the idea of magic elves that reward behavior.

What is the best concert you attended?

Phil Lesh & Friends 2001 Odyssey of the Spirit Tour.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I’m on the June ballot for Standish Planning Board.

What are your favorite ways to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family?

Barbeque and sports.
