A heritage of innovation
Walter P. Stinson, PE, founded Sebago Technics in 1981 with a vision to build a company that brings disciplines together to better serve clients. Grounded in integrity, responsive service, and respect, the company quickly became a trusted Maine civil engineering and land development firm among developers, local officials, and contractors.
Over the decades, Sebago Technics has grown from a one-man operation into a fully integrated, employee-owned company. That evolution reflects more than just expansion—it speaks to our values. We believe in shared success, partnering across disciplines, and a commitment to the people and places we serve.
Today, as a 100% employee-owned firm, every project we take on is personal. We bring together engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, planners, environmental scientists, and designers who care deeply about the outcome—because we each have a stake in the results.
