Sebago Technics Moves into New Sanford Office

Kerry Neal, Administrative Assistant, Sanford Office

SOUTH PORTLAND, ME – February 26, 2024 – Sebago Technics, Inc. a Maine-based employee-owned engineering collective, announces the successful relocation of its office in Sanford, Maine. The move, planned since the acquisition of Corner Post Land Surveying in December 2022, is a strategic step to be central to the area, accommodate existing and itinerant staff, and facilitate future growth.

The new office is located at 15 Daigle Lane, Suite 103, situated in the Jackson Square Complex (right off Main Street) in Sanford. It boasts a larger space with a more efficient and professional floor plan. The layout features dedicated meeting areas, production spaces, and offices–enhancing workflow and collaboration among team members.

This relocation positions Sebago Technics more centrally to downtown Sanford, the developed areas of the community, and the broader York County/Southern NH region. With convenient access from Routes 4 and 109, and the Maine Turnpike, the new location reflects Sebago Technics' commitment to better serve its clients and communities.

"We are excited about the opportunities this move brings for our team and our clients," said Mark Adams, President/CEO at Sebago Technics. "The larger, well-designed space will support our growing client-base and commitment to engineering excellence and to shaping the communities we serve."

Sebago Technics plans to host an open house event in early Spring to showcase the new office space and welcome clients, partners, and the community to connect with the Sanford team.
