Sebago Technics Announces Kylie Mason, PLA, LEED AP as President + COO

South Portland, Maine – January 14, 2026 – Sebago Technics, Maine’s largest employee-owned engineering and design firm, has promoted Kylie Mason, PLA, LEED AP, to President and Chief Operating Officer. Mark Adams, President and CEO since 2011, will continue as Chief Executive Officer, strengthening the leadership team to guide the company’s growth.

The announcement is the result of years of intentional succession planning. Mason has been with the firm for more than 20 years. She has been instrumental to the company’s growth and culture. As the company expands its client base and services, the transition provides stability and additional leadership capacity to better serve clients, partners, and communities as it continues to grow.

This announcement follows Sebago’s recent acquisition of Lincoln/Haney Engineering Associates, which expanded the firm’s engineering capabilities to include structural engineering and strengthened its presence in Midcoast Maine. The company now operates four offices across Maine – in South Portland, Sanford, Bridgton, and Brunswick – serving clients and communities throughout Maine and beyond.
