project Details

An opulent waterfront design in Portland, Maine

This multi-phase project has redefined Portland’s working waterfront. Phase one began with the construction of a 155-room hotel, 89 condominiums with concierge service—the first offered in Portland—and retail spaces along the Commercial Street corridor. Residents and guests enjoy a host of modern amenities, including event planning services, bike- and car-sharing programs, a club room, and a fitness center. Condo prices start at $350,000 and have been projected to range up to $1 million.

The development includes covered parking for 154 vehicles and an additional 56-space surface lot. Future phases will add approximately 100 more condominiums and 22,000 square feet of commercial space.

Honored to contribute to the project’s seamless integration within Portland’s unique urban fabric, Sebago Technics supported the vision for Hobson’s Landing through landscape architecture, civil and traffic engineering, permitting, and survey construction layout services.
