Sebago’s multidisciplinary approach encompasses civil engineering, landscape architecture, environmental services, surveying, permitting, and traffic impact analysis. The project involves the strategic redevelopment of an existing parking lot, representing a thoughtful infill development approach that maximizes utilization of previously developed land. This redevelopment strategy requires careful coordination of site utilities, stormwater management, and access improvements to accommodate the specialized requirements of a modern medical facility while maintaining efficient traffic flow and patient accessibility.
