project Details

Extensive planning for residential life

This exceptional project features three unique residential components:

  • The Pocket Neighborhood: Featuring sixteen duplex units with all vehicle traffic restricted to the perimeter. Each unit fronts onto beautiful green “pocket parks.”
  • The Hybrid Commons Building: A vibrant hub with a neighborhood clubhouse, restaurant, theatre, and twenty-eight apartment units.
  • The Estate Neighborhood: Comprising eight luxurious single-family estate units.

At the heart of The Meadows lies a stunning central meadow, complete with a large stormwater pond featuring a permanent water level and an aerator fountain jet. The perimeter is lined with mature forest stands, providing a natural buffer to adjacent single-family homes. Additionally, twelve acres at the rear of the site will be permanently preserved and conveyed to the town as a conservation easement, featuring an extensive recreation trail network.

Sebago Technics is proud to have provided comprehensive land survey, landscape architecture, wetland delineation, 3D visualization modeling, and civil/traffic engineering services for this remarkable project. Permits were secured from the Town of Scarborough, Maine Department of Environmental Protection, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
