A first-class renovation
To create a golf course that welcomed players of all levels while maintaining a first-class experience, Knickerbocker Group partnered with Sebago Technics to bring the vision for Boothbay Harbor Country Club to life.
Our team provided comprehensive site design, civil engineering, permitting, and construction services for the 32,000-square-foot clubhouse, parking areas, access roads, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure.
The project balanced technical precision with the scenic beauty of coastal Maine, culminating in a grand opening in May 2016 that marked the Club’s transformation into a thriving, high-end destination.
