Sebago Technics partnered with Patriot Acura to deliver a modern dealership at one of Scarborough’s most prominent intersections off the I-95 exit. The project’s profile and location demanded a fully integrated approach, blending technical excellence with community responsiveness and architectural showcase.
Beginning in 2017 and completed in 2024, the development required detailed coordination across disciplines, including surveying, soil analysis, environmental permitting, and transportation planning. With the site’s high visibility and sensitive grading, our civil team addressed key concerns around property boundaries, buffering, and long-term site stability—including a 90-day soil preload to mitigate settlement risks.
To help secure approvals and generate enthusiasm, our in-house VDC team produced realistic 3D renderings to communicate design intent, align with stakeholder expectations, and support the client’s marketing efforts. Collaborating with Jewett Construction, Grondin Corporation, and PRAXIS3, Sebago helped bring every facet of the vision to life.
