project Details
Revitalizing downtown Berwick with community-focused design
This redevelopment represents a unique opportunity to transform a historically industrial site into a walkable, community-oriented neighborhood featuring commercial space, residential units, and public green areas.
Sebago Technics has provided civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture services supporting this ongoing effort. Our involvement has included grading and infrastructure coordination, as well as contributions to the layout of roadways, pedestrian pathways, and green spaces that reflect the development’s commitment to accessibility and New England small-town character. The landscape approach incorporates native, seasonal plantings and supports community-centered design goals with features such as widened sidewalks, gathering spaces, and a memorial park that acknowledges the site’s historic and environmental significance.
The project remains in active development, with phased progress continuing to shape Berwick’s evolving downtown identity.
