project Details
Enhancing operational capabilities
Sebago Technics led the project from conception through implementation, providing master planning services that included conceptual designs, programming, and detailed cost estimations. Upon securing municipal funding approval, our team expanded our role to deliver design services while coordinating a collaborative project team of architecture and engineering partners. Our multidisciplinary approach encompassed surveying, site civil engineering, wetlands delineation, local and state permitting, landscape architecture, bidding document preparation, construction administration, and ongoing construction inspections.
The project scope features the construction of a new public works building, conversion of the existing facility into vehicle and equipment storage, and addition of a cold storage structure. Site improvements strategically separate public and operational traffic flows, creating dedicated access points for Town staff versus community members utilizing the on-site transfer station and dog park. Working alongside Grant Hays Associates (Architecture), S.W. Cole Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering), Salas O’Brien (MEP and Structural Engineering), and Benchmark Construction (General Contractor), Sebago Technics maintains project leadership through the anticipated completion in December 2026.
