Sebago Technics, Inc. (STI) provided site, civil and land use permitting for Great Falls Construction. The project included the redevelopment of a commercial site in Gorham for a new Aroma Joe’s and Subway. This project was located in the village of Gorham and replaced a former abandoned gas station. The project was considered an important gateway project to the village of Gorham to enhance the overall character of the area and was completed in 2015.
