Employee-Owner Spotlight | Jesse McGrath | Survey Technician

Join us in welcoming Jesse McGrath to the Sebago Technics team as our newest Survey Technician!

Jesse joins us after an impressive five-year tenure as an Airborne Systems Operator, where he honed his skills in acquiring airborne LiDAR and orthoimagery. His role involved crucial tasks such as real-time flight monitoring, ensuring GPS signal data quality, and evaluating image data and pilot flight performance. His expertise was instrumental in achieving the correct LiDAR point density and swath width for laser and photos. Additionally, he provided invaluable support to ground survey crews through ground truthing points and imparted best practices to newer pilots in a challenging wire environment.

A proud resident of Portland and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in Communications, Jesse brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. We are excited to leverage his extensive experience in GPS, GIS, LiDAR, and digital photography to further enhance our capabilities.
