KaileyDaigle, EI - Civil Engineer

We would like to give a warm welcome back to Kailey Daigle, EI, who joins us as a Civil Engineer. Ms. Daigle is a recent graduate from the University of Maine with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Kailey interned with us in 2019 and also interned for another local firm this past summer, working on several site/civil projects.  Please join us in welcoming Kailey back to Sebago. She will be a great engineer and employee-owner in our company!

What places have you lived in throughout your life?

I have always lived in Maine, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

What three traits define you? 

Energetic, loyal, and hard-working.

What is your favorite part of the type of work that you do?

We get to solve problems every day that help the communities around us grow.

What was the most unusual or interesting job you had before Sebago?

I was a server, it is the most interesting and humbling job. Everyone should work in customer service at least once in their lives.   

What are your hobbies outside the office?

On the weekends you can find me walking the beach or hiking the trails with my dog, Monty and boyfriend, Ryan.  

Favorite thing to do in Maine?

Be outside, each season comes with its own fun and enjoyment.

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?


Top three life highlights?

Passing the FE, graduating college, and living on my own.

What is your hidden talent?

I’m really good at remembering birthdays.

If you were an animal what would you be?

Probably an elephant, because of their good memory and work ethic.

Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?

I would love to go to Australia someday.

What is the best concert you attended?

Andy Grammer at the State Theater in Portland.  

What are you excited about at Sebago?

I am excited to see how my career will grow with Sebago, it can only go up from here!

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.  

I am an avid cribbage player, I usually play at least one game a day.  

Favorite place(s) to go in Maine?

My family’s camp at Loon Pond and St. Agatha in Aroostook County.
