Sebago Technics Announces Promotions within Transportation Team

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine – Sebago Technics, a Maine-based, employee-owned, creative collective, is pleased to announce the following promotions and achievements within its Transportation Team:

Bradley Lyon, PE, PTOE has been promoted to Vice President of Transportation Engineering.  Mr. Lyon joined Sebago Technics in 2006 and has over 16 years of both design and project management experience in the transportation engineering field. Brad’s unique and diverse background in highway design, traffic analysis/planning studies, and traffic signal operations enables him to provide leadership, mentorship, and management across all the Team’s specialties. Brad will continue to collaborate with both clients and partnering firms alike while expanding his business development responsibilities with existing and prospective clients. As a member of senior leadership for the company, Brad will work closely with Sebago’s employee-owners to better integrate the Team’s services across the organization while working with the rest of the leadership team to help set Sebago up for success now and well into the future. 

Curtis Thompson, PE, PTOE has been elevated to Senior Traffic Operations Engineer / Project Manager.  In this role, Curtis will focus on the management of Sebago’s traffic operations-related projects and training newer staff as the Team continues to grow. He will work with clients to assist them with planning and managing their traffic signals, to ensure efficient and safe operations. Curtis will also continue to be involved with outreach and collaboration opportunities as Sebago Technics takes part in nationwide workgroups, organizations, and research.

Nikki Conant, PE has been elevated to Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager.  In this role, Nikki will be responsible for managing and coordinating an array of projects in Sebago’s Traffic Engineering Group supporting both internal and external clients. Nikki will also oversee and mentor traffic engineering staff. She will also continue to manage and design select roadway/highway design projects for state and municipal clients.

Shane Kelly, PE has been elevated to Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager.  In this new role, Shane will be responsible for the company’s highway design practice.  He will oversee the management of highway design projects, mostly with the Team’s public sector clients such as DOTs and municipalities. These responsibilities include the development of project scopes, estimates, and proposals informed by working with clients to better understand their budget and needs. Shane’s efforts will not only include the management of these projects but also the development of the Team’s expanding highway design staff.
