What was your very first job, and what did you learn from it?

My very first job was working on a farm down the street from my house. I learned a lot at this job considering I was there for many years, and I was growing up at the same time. I learned how to have fun while working hard.

What is your favorite part of the type of work that you do?

My favorite part of designing is knowing that we are creating spaces for people to create memories.

What was your journey like to get where you are?

I’ve always known I’ve wanted to do work involving the outdoors. It was my time travelling abroad and taking some college courses where I realized my desire to design these outdoor spaces.

What are your hobbies outside the office?

I have many hobbies, some of which are: mountain biking, camping, hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, and playing guitar.

Top three life highlights?

  1. Travelling to Spain
  2. Disney World vacation with the WHOLE family
  3. I will be my sister’s wedding in the spring.

If you were an animal what would you be and why?

A capybara. They live a pretty chill life.

Where would you like to go on a dream vacation?

Italy because of the history and architecture.

Favorite Holiday and why?

Halloween because we do a lot of fall activities, and we host a costume party that all our friends and family come to.

What is the best concert you attended?

One Republic at the Melody Tent was some great summer fun!

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I played rugby while in college and afterwards. Still considering playing again, as it is one of my favorite sports.

What are your favorite ways to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family?

Camping with my family is the best way, but we also host a lot of parties outside, play games, go on bike rides, and go to the beach. It’s all fun!

When you think about working at Sebago Technics, what makes you proudest or most excited?

I’m very excited to learn and grow here.
